Trauma is not the event; it's in how your nervous system responds to the memory of the event. Learn the reasons for trauma and post traumatic stress disorder. Practice effective tools to manage your nervous system. This is a valuable workshop if you have experienced trauma or are in a relationship with someone who has. $25 Facilitated by Lynne Burrows
