PRAYER FOR THE LEADERS

We are experiencing a crisis of leadership now, not

so much because people lack the qualities necessary

for it, but because we systematically invalidate such

qualities. It is hard in today's world for a person

to stand up in excellence and power within the public

realm. There are myriad forces marshaled against

doing so, causing a massive brain and spirit drain

from the realms of worldly power.

Let us support the possibility of greatness, in anyone

at this time. We must rethink our attitudes about

leaders, or at the rate we're going we will soon have

none. We must create the fertile ground for leadership

in order to prepare the way for great leaders.

A politician listens to his or her constituents; a

leader listens to whispers in the wind.

Dear Lord,

We pray for the leaders of this country and every other.

May they not be swayed by false politics but listen

instead to the spirit of truth.

May they not harken to the false and bitter voices of a

frightened world, but instead hear the angels who

minister unto them.

May the world make room for their leadership and resist

no more their growth into greatness.

May their virtue shield them.

May their lack of virtue be forgiven and corrected.

May their words be true.

May their strength go before them, to cut like a knife

through all illusion.

May they see the innocence and brotherhood in those who

oppose them.

May they grow beyond a shallow fight.

And thus we all be taken with them into new light, new

peace, new politics, new hope for all the world.

Amen.

The longer you hold on to the old ways, where one profits at the expense of another, the longer your challenges will continue. However, as soon as you let go and allow Great Spirit to bring about a solution that is best for everyone, your challenges will lessen.



It's difficult for some of us to see that our worldly beliefs are temporary, illusionary. We think that it's all written in stone and since everything has been this way for ages, then it must be true and good. After all, if everybody agrees that an hour only has 60 segments, an item just bought at the store really belongs to us, the TV always tells us the truth, our leaders are kind and beneficent, then they must be right, right?

Well, times are changing fast and many of our long-held beliefs and institutions are falling apart before our very eyes. As we step forth into the future, we are seeing that many of the ideas we invested a lifetime in are no longer working for us like they used to. Indeed, if we are to going to build a better world for ourselves and our children, we must begin to reexamine our thinking patterns and be willing to make changes when we run across a belief that's out of date.

Perhaps one of the most illusionary of our beliefs centers around who we are. We've been led to believe that we are a name and a body, with all its inherent proclivities and preferences, but this point of view is fast becoming obsolete. Clearly, the hallmark of the age we're stepping into bids us to become more than we thought we were.

"Who are you?"

I looked up. No one was in sight. Not even Eagleheart. I was alone.

"Who are you?" the invisible voice asked again.

"Robert," I answered sharply. "I'm Robert McCoy."

"Are you sure about that?"

"What?" This was maddening.

"I said, are you sure? Are you sure that you're Robert McCoy?"

"Yes, I'm Robert McCoy!" I yelled it up at the sky.

"What is it that makes you so sure you're Robert McCoy? Couldn't you just as easily be William Smith or Joe Adams? Isn't Robert McCoy just a name your parents made up?"

"Well, yes. I suppose so," I said. "But that's my name."

Silence. Then, "Are you your name, Robert? Or could it be that you are more than that?"

I didn't know what to say. Up till this point, I'd been mildly annoyed. But now I was beginning to get angry. "Who are you?" I demanded.

Nothing. Not a sound. I stood there surrounded by nothing but the trees and the sky. "Eagleheart!" I yelled.

"He's not here," the voice said.

"Then who are you?" I asked again.

"That's not the question, my brother. The question is who are you? You keep telling me that you are your name, Robert McCoy. But I believe that you're more than that. I believe you're more than a couple of words that come out of your mouth."

"Okay!" I shouted. "I'm Robert McCoy, and I am the body that stands here in front of you!"

"Really?" The voice sounded mildly amused. "Yes, I am my body."

"And I suppose you're sure about that, too?"

"Yes!" I screamed.

Silence again. Then, finally, "Then you must be your hands. Is that right, Robert. Are you your hands?"

I thought about that for a moment. "No," I answered.

"You sound a little tentative, my brother. Like you're not so sure. Are you your feet then? Answer me that."

This was ridiculous! "No!" I stated. "I'm definitely more than my hands and my feet!"

"Good for you, Robert," came the voice. "Because what I'm suggesting to you is that you are much more than your name, much more than your hands and feet, and much more than your body, as well."

It's hard to explain what happened next. A feeling of great melancholy swept over me. I was totally disoriented; my legs gave way underneath me, as I crumpled to the ground and began sobbing. Tears flowed until none were left. Somewhere in the middle of it all, as I lay whimpering face down on a bed of soft pine needles, a new sensation--I don't even know if it was a thought or a feeling--came to me. Yes! I am more than my body! I am a Being who lives inside of my body!

And with this revelation, two things happened at once: the shift in my perceptions that I'd experienced yesterday came back. The stones and trees and leaves and everything around me came alive and shimmered even brighter than before. At the same time, a strange and beautiful man appeared . . .

Selamat Balik! We come again to discuss first contact and the recent developments that require ongoing adjustments to our plans. First contact is a massive undertaking that expands in directions that we usually do not concern ourselves with. Right now, a significant portion of our personnel is engaged in areas which, until now, lay outside of our purview. These teams are addressing those conditions, which lay the foundation for our current pre-first-contact scenario. We are involved not only in carrying out these projects but also in the long and detailed planning stages as well. This has necessitated the reconfiguration of many liaison teams that consult on a daily basis with our Earth allies. As the complexity of our mission increases we draw more upon the expertise of our new allies, the formerly dark Anunnaki. These allies know a lot about how the last dark cabal thinks and operates. Because of this advice we have been able to anticipate many sudden changes in tactics made by this cabal. But our primary focus remains the speeding-up of those strategies that can overcome any roadblocks set up by this cabal.

We give the operation to expedite the first contact scenario top priority. The present difficulties are the result of our willingness to let the cooperation between our liaison teams and our Earth allies set the stage for first contact. Working within this framework has produced the delays just mentioned. Our intent is to remove these logjams and move the whole operation to the next level. Once more, this procedure is taking more time than originally allotted to it. Heaven has said that our Earth allies need a period for their various new political alliances to mature and strengthen. Our perception is that these new alliances are merely the result of circumstances that evolved in certain directions as a result of the vast coalition that is the dark cabal deteriorating under the constant pounding from our Earth allies. Such marriages of convenience tend to be fragile and are unlikely to become more stable than they are at present. We feel that it is important to get on with it and leave any possible benefits, or otherwise, to fall where they may.

Information flowing in from our medical teams, and from our close observation of your world in general, strongly indicates the need to move forward. A great disaster is being orchestrated by the dark. This villainous activity must be derailed, and quickly; and time lapses mean that we must then rework many of the elements of this hugely complex undertaking. The main thrust of this task is to ensure that the entirety of the cabal is captured and firmly dealt with. Important as this is, it is even more pressing that those holding the reins of power be toppled, and that safeguards be put in place to prevent any backsliding on the part of the new groups replacing them. Clearly our role here is as divine overseers, who have the technical and intuitive capabilities to sort out the "wheat" from the "chaff." This responsibility is one that we intend to take on. The minor episodes that have at times endangered previous stages of this mission must not be allowed to happen again. To this end we put into motion, with the aid of our Earth allies, a number of new policies geared to manifesting the latter stages of our scenario.

Transforming your global chaos into divine order is essential to moving to the next step. Accordingly, our governing council, the First Contact Governing Board, has issued new commands to our fleet. This has resulted in numerous "incidents" in which we have boldly and defiantly occupied your night skies across the length and breadth of this globe. It is time to make a stronger impression and to serve notice that we deeply desire to complete these preliminary stages. These acts proclaim to your dark cabalists that a new, more intense stage in our interactions with them has begun. In short, this first contact mission needs to reach out and assert itself more. We are here not merely to observe this planet but to carry out a first contact that transforms her realities forever! In this new reality we have responsibilities that include moving you into full consciousness and honoring our special relationship with Mother Earth. There is also your reunion with your Inner Earth families and your membership in the Galactic Federation of Light.

Your reunion with Inner Earth (Agartha) forms a significant component of the overall plan. In fact, the majority of our on-planet researchers are from Agartha. They work in tandem with our personnel and have helped them adapt more quickly to what are to us some very strange social customs. This time amongst you has yielded constant data and some deep friendships, and we look forward to "revealing" ourselves when first contact happens. We have learnt so much about you and about how our Inner Earth allies Love you and look forward to their long-awaited reunion with you. We have watched closely as our Earth allies and special liaison personnel from Agartha work together. Each group is joyously anticipating the coming grand reunion. The activities currently underway promise that this time is not very far away.

Making all of this happen is the major focus of each day. Myriad interactions are dedicated to ensuring that what we talk about does indeed transpire. Our governing board has had a number of long sessions with our heavenly supervisors, and one of the items on the agenda was to get a list of criteria from them regarding the new first contact policies that we outlined briefly to you. It is essential to our cause that the present difficulties be shifted to our advantage. Further, we need to implement policies that move us closer to first contact. In accordance with this we have made it clear to your dark cabalists that their continued impudence is no longer to be so easily tolerated. And so we intend to demonstrate to them that their time as the prime movers on your world is coming to an end.

The time that lies ahead will see the many dark-created calamities alleviated. New rulers are to be put in place whose main objectives are to spread democracy and abolish political practices that lead to corruption and the growing supremacy of special corporate interests. Governance is to come into being that is legally obligated to its varied electorate and able to listen carefully to your needs and opinions. These governments are to release long-sequestered technology and use it to solve your growing energy and pollution crises. These temporary regimes will demonstrate that laws can be established which are indeed logical and fair in the judging of its citizens. The use of fear mongering on the part of government will cease, as will the misapplication of outright ignorance on the part of a nation's rulers. Opportunities to learn about all aspects of a government's responsibilities will become available to all.

Our unwavering objective is to bring first contact into physical reality. Although this mission has taken many twists and turns to date, we wish to assure you that progress is being made on very many fronts. These actions will enable a mass first contact that can permit us to go on to our prime objective: our role of mentoring you through the final stages prior to your becoming fully conscious Beings of Light. The focus now is to get you there as swiftly as possible. Hence we have undertaken what we firmly believe to be the most effective actions in the given circumstances. A new thrust, marked by a firmer stance, is now taking aim at your prosperity deliveries and the legal removal of the dark cabal. The time has come to move and move swiftly toward first contact.

Today we supplied you with updated information about our efforts to finish off the preliminaries to first contact. The time has come to begin ending the global turmoil and transform the conditions of your lives into something more tolerable for you. We are very aware that this relief cannot come a moment too soon! Know in your Heart of Hearts that the perpetual Supply and infinite Abundance of Heaven are indeed Yours! Selamat Majon! Quick, Let's Stop the Coal Rush
There's still time to join the more than 29,000 people who have signed a petition opposing a new coal-fired power plant that Dominion Virginia Power wants to build in Southwest Virginia. Yes, this is the same part of our country that's being ravaged by mountaintop-removal mining -- and this plant would only make it worse. Though Dominion is billing the plant as "state-of-the-art," it's not carbon-capture compatible, would emit at least 50 times more mercury than similar plants do, and barely even meets the requirements of the Clean Air Act.

The petition will be delivered to Dominion on May 8 in Richmond -- just one day before the company's shareholder meeting in Chicago. This "mile-long petition" represents the efforts of several environmental and citizens groups, including the Sierra Club, to stop the rush to coal -- before it's too late.

NEW ADDITION TO CHEMISTRY'S PERIODIC TABLE

You've probably seen this before..

A new addition to Chemistry's Periodic Table

Research has led to the discovery of the heaviest
element yet known to science. The new element,
Governmentium* (Gv), has one neutron, 25 assistant
neutrons, 88 deputy neutrons, and 198 assistant deputy
neutrons, giving it an atomic mass of 312.

These 312 particles are held together by forces
called morons, which are surrounded by vast quantities
of lepton-like particles called peons. Since
Governmentium has no electrons, it is inert; however,
it can be detected, because it impedes every action
with which it comes into contact.

A minute amount of Governmentium can cause a reaction
that would normally take less than a second to take
from four days to four years to complete.

Governmentium has a normal half-life of 2-6 years;
it does not decay, but instead undergoes a
reorganization in which a portion of the assistant
neutrons and deputy neutrons exchange places.

In fact, Governmentium's mass will actually increase
over time, since each reorganization will cause more
morons to become neutrons, forming isodopes. This
characteristic of moron promotion leads some
scientists to believe that Governmentium is formed
whenever morons reach a critical concentration. This
hypothetical quantity is referred to as critical
morass. When catalyzed with money, Governmentium
becomes Administratium, an element that radiates just
as much energy as Governmentium since it has half as
many peons but twice as many morons.

SIGNS OF LIFE: AN INTRODUCTION

Five hundred feet above the rolling Wiltshire countryside in southern England, pilot Graham Taylor and his passenger take in an unhindered view of the prehistoric monuments that pepper the landscape below. At precisely 5:30 P.M. on this wondrous July afternoon, the single-engine plane and its occupants glide eastwards above the sarsens and bluestones of Stonehenge, one of the ancient worldÂ’s greatest feats of engineering.

Below, the conjunction of Sun, summer, and Sunday has brought the tourists out by the hundreds. They mill a around the monument, ringed-in by the wide perimeter fencing and several security guards. Some of these guards keep awestruck visitors from wandering off the beaten track; others survey the surrounding fields from their high vantage points for more enterprising, nonpaying attendees. ItÂ’s a typical working day for tourism, and pilot and passenger soak up the whole spectacle, birdÂ’s-eye style.

Minutes later, after a textbook landing at a nearby airfield, the two men part company. The passenger, a doctor, begins the drive home. Coincidentally, the drive entails passing Stonehenge again, this time at ground level. But that will not be happening today: The A303 London-to-Exeter road has come to a complete standstill. Moreover, many drivers have abandoned their cars and are lining up on the edge of a field that borders the road. An accident? People are pointing at something in the field, some are taking photos.

It is now 6:15 P.M. Within a forty-five-minute window some phenomenon has transformed the area into a chaotic sideshow. Something has arrived that had clearly not been there when the two men had first flown over.

When aerial photos of the site make the evening papers they hypnotize the world: embedded in a pristine sea of wheat lies a sprawling impression of 149 circles, varying from one to fifty feet in diameter. The precision and symmetry of the patternÂ’s curving spine measures a colossal 920 feet long by 500 feet wide.

Most startling of all, the wheat has been swirled and flattened, with the plantsÂ’ stems bent horizontally just an inch above the soil, and they are undamaged.

These sightseers are gazing at a crop circle—in this case, a stylized representation of a computer-modeled fractal pattern named the “Julia Set.”

All this occurred in broad daylight barely two hundred yards from a well-guarded tourist attraction, and yet nobody was seen creating the cosmic artwork. Further investigation reduced the construction time frame to minutes, the clues coming from a sharp-eyed Stonehenge guard who noticed the formation, fully complete, in between one of his punctual, fifteen-minute rounds, and from a second pilot who had flown overhead a quarter of an hour after Taylor. The local gamekeeper, too, had inspected the field that morning and seen no disturbance. Was it possible that a group of human beings, skilled in both advanced mathematics and environmental art, had mastered the principle of invisibility and flouted the laws of gravity to levitate above the untouched wheat in order to create this masterpiece?

If only the stones of Stonehenge could speak.

Have you noticed food costing more when you shop? Here's why -- we're plunging headlong into a world food crisis. Already one in seven of us around the world go hungry -- but rocketing prices are squeezing billions more, triggering food riots from Bangladesh to South Africa[1]. In Sierra Leone alone the price of a bag of rice has doubled and is unaffordable for 90% of citizens[2] . Before it's too late, the world needs to mobilise emergency funding against starvation, remove perverse biofuels incentives and address speculation, as well as tackling the deeper causes at forthcoming summits.

African human rights campaigner Zainab Bangura, Sierra Leone's new foreign minister, has toured the world appealing to rich countries -- now she's reaching out to Avaaz members for help. Ban Ki-Moon holds a high-level UN meeting on the crisis later this week, so we're launching an urgent campaign to make sure leaders listen and act. The worst could be yet to come. The global food crisis touches and connects us all, driving up inflation, damaging economies and squeezing poor and middle-income citizens the world over. The prices of staple foods like wheat, corn and rice have almost doubled, accelerating out of control in recent weeks.[3]

There's an urgent need for crisis management -- the World Food Programme is appealing for $753 million by May to keep 100 million from starving[4] . The many causes include rampant commodity speculation and flawed biofuels policies, but smart proposals for fixing these are circulating.[5]

As we take this campaign to G8 and EU meetings in May, June and July, we'll be asking world leaders to tackle the underlying problems of the world food system too. Massive investment in agricultural productivity and diversified food security for developing countries is needed; harmful trade policies also contribute. And we as individuals should take responsibility too -- to improve our diets, reduce waste and eat less meat (the most inefficient of foods).[6]

Hunger on this scale is unacceptable in the twenty-first century, and the food crisis threatens us all. Moments of global vulnerability can make us feel impotent and besieged -- it's vital instead for citizens all round the world to join together and demand bold action before it's too late. Tidal Waves

I'm standing on a beach surrounded by a vast expanse of dark sand for as far as I can see. Gulls are squawking in the distance. I'm looking into my father's watery blue eyes. He's animated and young, explaining something to me with more passion than I ever saw in the last years of his life.

His brother, my beloved Uncle Pete, who died soon after my dad, is standing beside us, laughing. We're enjoying the vivid openness of the sand and sky and sharing stories when behind them in the distance, I see a huge tidal wave rolling along the sand towards us - maybe 100 feet high and towering ominously over the flat landscape.

We turn and see another powerful wave rolling directly towards us from the opposite direction. We're standing in the midst of these two oncoming waves, and in an instant realize there's nothing to do. I grab their hands.

"How will we remember?" I ask staring into their eyes. "How will we find each other again?" "Don't worry," whispers my Uncle Pete. "We always find each other." He whispers something else, but I can't hear his words from the sound of the crashing waves.

I wake up gasping for breath - still feeling their strong hands wrapped around mine - longing for that moment again, hearing their voices in my head, unable to get back to sleep. Do we always find each other again? Isn't that endless longing the tyranny of grief? Or is it simply our limited perspective on time and space.

Grieving clients constantly seek me out. They fill my appointment book. Maybe they sense I can help them find their footing in the midst of swirling waters. Today, my client tells me about her partner who recently died. She hasn't been able to move forward and is lost in her depression. She needs to make a living, yet she's drowning in pain.

I explain that she's still here because she hasn't accomplished her mission for this lifetime, and her partner is watching, patiently waiting for her to get to it. "You haven't really lost each other," I explain. "It's just a shift of perspective, a different dimension. Nothing is really lost."

As I say this, I get chills over my entire body - a sign that I've tuned into something for her. "Do you know that your partner watches you struggle?" I ask her gently. My client nods. "He wants me to teach," she says through her tears. In that moment, I see the spark in her, the life force, rekindling. We both feel it. She laughs softly."Let's talk about how to make that happen," I whisper.

Months later she writes, "You encouraged me to fulfill the mission for my life, and I'm getting to it. I've woken up." Later, I'm meditating on a new client. I ask if there are messages from the higher realms to help her move forward. In my meditation I see a gentleman, slumped-over and kind of embarrassed, slinking up to me. He mumbles, "Well it wasn't that great when we were married. Tell her I'm sorry. Tell her she doesn't need to be so angry. I see what I did. I'd like to help. There is money. Tell her to go to school."

I write it all down for our session. Later when I'm working with her, I learn that her husband died and left a trail of sexual and physical abuse in the family. My client is very lost in her pain, grief, and anger. I give her the messages from her departed husband. She is slightly amused that he's slinking around apologizing.

Upon further discussion, she sees that there might be a way to use money from his estate to fund her return to graduate school so that she can move her career forward to get to the great work - the work that her pain has fueled her to do.

Her great shame, that has weighed her down for years, has been that her husband abused the children. She is beginning to see that this is also the great fuel that fires her passion to help others. She looks into graduate school and later tells me, "I feel more clear-headed and focused than I have in years. Thank you so much."

Why does pain drown us? I reflect back on promises made to my dying husband 25 years before - "We'll find each other again," I whispered at his bedside just before his spirit slipped away. Two years later, I whispered the same words to my best childhood girlfriend, Crissie, who was dying of Leukemia at the age of 32.

On the last day I spent with her, a hot August afternoon, we walked across our favorite island together, reminiscing about our shared childhoods and contemplating death."What's the hardest part?" I asked her. "Seeing it hurt my father," she cried.

How those words haunted me for years - that Crissie suffered not only from her disease, but from knowing how the grief would weigh down her loved ones. Perhaps the pain of grief is really the pain of remembering our own home, our true nature, our divinity, and wanting to return there. Aren't we simply longing for that divine realm again - where everything and everyone is luminous and connected?

Yet, until our work is done, our lifetime mission accomplished, we can't go home. And every moment we spend longing, instead of moving forward with our great work, is wasted time. I'm certainly guilty of that - creating a limbo of pain instead of just moving forward and getting the mission accomplished.

I believe this is our universal challenge - overcoming the "pitiful voice" that stops us all at the door of greatness. It's those wasted days of feeling "useless, not good enough, not strong enough, not smart enough" or saying, "I don't care." It's the days when we lay down and surrender to doubt.

And most of the time we look to the wrong sources for comfort, when we're lost in our "pitiful self." It takes courage to focus on the higher self, the divinity, the unseen realms for guidance - instead of looking to our peers for approval and support.

But by going to our higher self through meditation, prayers, and dreams, we do find our courage again. In fact, that's often the most powerful way to reverse a negative cycle. Here's an example:

Recently, after several days of struggling with self-doubt and praying for guidance, I had this dream: I arrive at a lake and see my spiritual teacher standing on the shore. He tells me to walk through a passageway, and I do. I find myself winding through hallways and emerging into a large room - a simple open white space where several people are sitting on cushions.

At the front of the room is a friend who is teaching meditation to the group. She smiles at me and says it's fine that I'm there. I say that I'm tired, very tired. Someone sitting behind me props my back up as I sit to meditate with them. I feel nurtured being in that space. We meditate together. As I sit there quietly, I become aware that the room, the entire space, is filled with golden light, brighter than sunlight, spilling over all of us. It soothes me with happiness like drinking from a fountain of peace.

I wake up feeling renewed - still seeing the golden light illuminate the room.

Quick stomach pain relief for a surprised client: Christine Danyi helps her client with a "stomach clutching" abdominal pain. Note how, in this case, she didn't need to look for emotional causes. Straight EFT did the job nicely.
Painful mastitis clears after EFT: Note how Alina Frank zeroes in on "secondary gains" or psychological reversals (PRs) to finally achieve relief for her client. After finally collapsing a key emotional issue she says, "The effect was immediate and the mastitis symptoms that would normally take days of antibiotics and bed rest to collapse, disappeared within an hour-long EFT session."
Clearing an old issue helps jazz singer improvise: Georgia Froehling from Germany uses EFT to create new freedom with her singing. The principles she uses are valid for any type of performance improvement, including sports, business and the bedroom.

After 15 years of therapy, including shock therapy, EFT helps release depression: Watch how Jane Nash guides her depressed client towards emotional freedom. After applying EFT she says, "Each time I asked him to return to any of the traumatic memories, he just kept repeating that he couldn't find it anymore He said, "I know it happened but I can't see it - I can't find it.""
Two rounds of EFT take care of a cat allergy: Laetitia Hannan from the UK shares this brief allergy relief episode and includes this follow-up: "....four weeks later he has had absolutely no allergic reaction to the kitten. This is a man who has been plagued with allergies most of his life. In the past, when in a house where the owners were not fastidious at keeping cat hair to a minimum, he's been forced to leave within half an hour, with streaming eyes and nose and itchy skin."

Growing Up



The world you live in is splitting apart.
The old selfish ways are collapsing and, at the same time,
the new spiritual ways are emerging, heralding a better life for all



Remember when you were a child and everything was bright and new? As you began to explore your world you looked around at all of the adults and wondered why they acted like they did. They did so many strange things that were making them unhappy.

Later on, as you grew in size and age, choices about what is real and what isn't presented themselves to you, and you told yourself that, for a time, you would play with certain illusions. You knew down deep in your heart that many of the things you believed in were not the truth, but you came to be enamored with them anyway. They made life in society easier for you because everyone else was also believing in the same illusions - illusions about the nature of ownership, time, what groups you identify with; who you really are, and so forth. These were the things that were so clear to you when you were a child. You knew they were untrue, but you decided that someday you would set these games and illusions aside when they were no longer useful to you.

The interesting point to all of this is that when the time came to discard these games or illusions as no longer useful, we found ourself continuing to use them anyway. We didn't seem to be able to stop using them. Oh, sometimes we'd catch ourself and we'd know that what we just said or did wasn't true, but nobody else seemed to notice, and life just went on and the years went by. There would be moments when we were sure that it was time to put all of these illusions away and return to the truth and innocence we knew so well when you were young. These moments began to come closer and closer together and we ran into others who were also talking about putting aside these same illusions which no longer served them.

And now, we're beginning to realize that our whole life must come into its integrity if we are to evolve and be happy. Our whole being cries out for truth. We catch ourself every time we speak falsely or argue on behalf of our illusions - and we pay a high price to continue as we have done for years. Those who require us to uphold our illusions in order to remain agreeable and friendly are clearly not on the same path as us. We intend freedom. We intend peace. We intend our environment clean and beautiful. And we intend true happiness - the happiness we knew as a child.



My Intention for today is:

I Intend that I am letting go of any beliefs and values that aren't serving me anymore.

For every point of view, its opposite is equally valid



How often do we scoff at another person's idea, thinking that here is no way it could possibly work? Instead of giving them the benefit of the doubt, we go on our merry way, judging and telling ourselves how wrong they are. What we don't see, however, is the effect that this line of behavior is having on us. In isolating our thought processes we shut out a potential avenue or approach that we may want to explore later.


It's interesting, too, how the Universe has ways of helping us integrate all sides of an issue. Just when we least expect it, we can find ourselves in a situation where everything we scoffed at earlier now makes the greatest of sense.



"When one is trusting in the innate goodness of the Universe, it's easy to give up our old ways of doing things. Our reliance upon everything from poor leadership to destructive energy sources melts away in the light of new, more pleasing alternatives. There are those, of course, who will cry out that the transition will be too rough; that if they were to let go of their present way of life, there wouldn't be enough food on the table or there wouldn't be a roof over their heads. In short, they're unable to envision a way to step into the new paradigm that doesn't threaten their current security and survival belief systems.


To these people, our response is always the same: Seek self-empowerment. You can have complete control over your life. Others cannot dictate your reality to you unless you let them. By your thoughts, you create your world. And you can choose to change it all."
